SpringSecurityAclModule cannot run without BootstrapUiModule (?)

Description

After fixing issue https://foreach.atlassian.net/browse/AXEUM-48#icft=AXEUM-48 - the BootstrapUiModule become optional inside EntityModule but broke SpringSecurityAclModule.

We have now included it as optional. But we might need to check that the right conditionals for BootstrapUiModule are in place.
