Code generation

Added some utility classes for code generation to common-spring:

• com.foreach.common.spring.code.MappedStringEncoder can encode a number to a string and back, using a mapping matrix 
• com.foreach.common.spring.code.CodeGenerator generates random codes as numbers that are mapped using the MappedStringEncoder specified

The new utilities can easily be used to generate codes with a fixed length and format.

Exception filtering

The ExceptionToMailResolver now supports an ExceptionPredicate property to filter the exceptions for which mails should be sent.  Default implementations IncludedExceptionPredicate and ExcludedExceptionPredicate are provided.
