Across 1.1.2 released
With a couple of months delay, we finally released Across 1.1.2. This is a major update that simplifies building applications with Across and integrates with Spring Boot. The full list of changes can be found in the reference documentation. While the documentation is still a work in progress, it has greatly improved already and all new features should have up-to-date documentation.
Overall the number of breaking changes should be limited.
Several modules have been updated to make use of the improved features. A new version of platform BOM has also been released, if you use the platform BOM in your projects (you really should), switching this version should align your different modules.
Note also that as of the next releases we will be using semantic versioning for both Across and the Standard Modules. For that reason the next version of Across will not be 1.2.0 but rather 2.0.0. The next release will also come with Spring Boot 1.3 and Spring Framework 4.2, along with many other (important) dependency upgrades.
